Job description

Senior Web Developer
The Atlanta Information Technology (AIM) needs a Senior IT Web, SharePoint/Power Platform Developer to deliver services and solutions using the Power Platform suite and web tools.
The primary focus of this position will be centered around:
  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying SharePoint solutions
  • Maintaining and enhancing the agency's Power Platform environments
  • Creating technical designs and Power Platform Apps
  • Configuring the MS Dataverse, Power Platform, and business process automations
  • Extending the platform and the user experience
  • Developing integrations
  • Designs and develops user-friendly and visually appealing websites and digital assets.
  • Creates new features and functions, establishes and guides website projects, ensures high performance, and manages all technical aspects of the Content Management System (CMS).
  • Has a strong eye for UX/UI design, leverages industry best practices to help guide, design, implement, and test web properties and digital assets.
  • Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform services, including experience with its capabilities, boundaries, and constraints
  • Experience with authentication, security, and application lifecycle management (ALM) practices for the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Development experience using JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, RESTful Web APIs, SQL Server and Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with SharePoint, the SharePoint (SPFx) framework, and Microsoft 365 (M365)
  • Experience with the Microsoft Dataverse
  • Experience with Canvas and Model Driven Apps
  • Experience with Power Virtual Agents
  • Experience generating technical and functional documentation of implemented computerized systems
