Job Description

Position: .Net Web Developer

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities:

Complete the requirements and analysis 

o Web security

Complete the design 

o Data base design

o Data base development

Complete the web security development 

o Integrate security module

o Integrate security functions

Complete the testing 

o Unit

o Integration

o System

Complete the implementation of completed security modules

Provide post implementation support

Web application systems included in this request will require completion of all software development phases including analysis, design, development, testing and implementation.

The project will be developed using the .NET framework, C#, SQL Server 2008/2012, web services, and will interface with a number of our internal systems. These systems include our SQL servers, our Prepaid Medical Management Information System (PMMIS) and our Data Warehouse.

We are looking for individuals with the following skills:

A strong understanding of web application security standards, including Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) and Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE)

Experience implementing web applications with sensitive data while adhering to (OWASP) and (CWE) standards

Experience with penetration testing software a plus, (e.g. Metasploit, Burp Suite)

A minimum of 5 -8 years .NET Framework experience

A minimum of 5 -8 years C# programming skills

A minimum of 5 -8 years SQL Server 2005-2008 experience

SQL experience using Oracle, PL/SQL and SQL Server

Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Complete software lifecycle, systems design, analysis, and testing procedures

Ability to meet strict deadline requirements and prioritize based on Project Plan

Healthcare knowledge is a plus
