Title:  APPLICATION DEVELOPER
Location: 405 Lexington Ave, NY, NY
 
Job Description:
 
Overall responsibility consists of designing, reviewing, testing, analyzing, and modifying internal business applications with an emphasis on web design to support sales, inventory management, billing, receivables and customer e-business software.  The role will include working closely with project leaders and users to identify current operating processes, clarifying program objectives, and solving business challenges based on user specifications.  
 
Required Skills/Experience:
 
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 2 -10 years’ experience developing software and/or web applications: 
  • Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, AJAX, JSON, XML, Scripting Languages such as JavaScript and jQuery, and Web Design/Graphics Tools. 
  • CGI languages such as PHP, .NET, ASP as well as SQL and Database concepts is also required. 
  • Familiarity with Bootstrap, Visual Basic and SOAP, RESTful Web APIs a plus.
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills while functioning effectively under time constraints in a dynamic environment where quality results are imperative. 
  • Candidates should have full stack experience with front end and server side and worked with transaction processing systems
