Job description

  • Own day-to-day onsite merchandising across websites and app, including product setup, categorization, navigation, badging, pricing displays, and promotional placement
  • Define and manage category logic, collection structures, and sorting rules to optimize product visibility and discovery
  • Lead website and app content planning and intake, translating business needs into clear execution plans and timelines; maintain a centralized planning document with weekly and monthly updates to drive alignment and on-time execution
  • Own product launches, including onsite placement, setup, QA, and execution to ensure accurate and timely activation
  • Manage and optimize onsite search experience, including search results, filters, and ranking logic
  • Develop and maintain cross-sell and upsell merchandising strategies to increase average order value and product exposure
  • Manage onsite campaigns such as homepage features, banners, and promotional placements aligned with business priorities
  • Perform full audits of product, category, collection, and search experiences to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to merchandising best practices. and implement updates based on findings
  • Manage execution of website updates and enhancements by gathering requirements and ensuring accurate, timely delivery
  • Identify and implement SEO improvements across product and category pages to support organic traffic growth
  • Analyze and synthesize website, app, and campaign performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Translate insights into actions, and deliver regular analytics reporting including benchmarking data against business goals to support conversion and revenue growth
  • Analyze and track web traffic through Google Analytics and other tools and share key trends, insights and opportunities with stakeholders
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams
  • Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed

Requirement
  • 3+ years of web strategy, digital merchandising, or site management experience,
  • 3+ years of experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce, website or app management,
  • 1+ years using content management systems,
  • 1+ years' experience with Google Analytics (GA4), BS/BA in Marketing, Web Development, Computer Science or related field
  • CPG and D2C experience highly preferred
  • This is a Hybrid role based out of Oak-Brook- IL location
The pay range for this position is $76,600.00 - $123,775.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
