Job description

Description:The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging, strategic, and visually compelling creative assets that communicate our clients' brands across a wide range of digital and print media. This role requires a highly creative individual with strong technical design skills and the ability to manage multiple client brands while maintaining consistency, quality, and attention to detail.


In addition to traditional graphic design, this position plays an important role in creating motion graphics and editing video content for social media, digital advertising, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of professional design experience and is comfortable bringing static creative to life through animation and video editing using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other modern editing platforms.


The Graphic Designer is also responsible for reviewing creative produced by peer designers to ensure all work aligns with client brand standards, agency quality expectations, and creative best practices.

RequirementsEducation

Experience

  • 3–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing agency or multi-client environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design, print collateral, and marketing campaign assets
  • Demonstrated experience creating motion graphics and editing short-form and long-form video content
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
  • Experience preparing files for both digital and print production
  • Familiarity with social media content creation and current design trends
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams, account managers, and creative professionals


Skills & Tools

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
