Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain and grow 150+ existing accounts
  • Actively call on prospective accounts via phone to grow the business
  • Develop and market to an active prospect database
  • Develop and maintain a strong product knowledge of our line and competing items in the market
  • Analyze and resolve dealer/consumers specialized technical questions
  • Monitor, administrate, and engage in social media through video, online forums, blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, and website including reviews
  • Attend required shows and events including military simulated games, trade shows, and product demonstrations to promote products for consumers/dealers including weekend travel 1-2 times per month
  • Assist with developing new innovative products and accessories

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL SETS:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Retail experience a plus
  • Graphic Designs a plus
  • Sales experience required
  • Must be familiar with web marketing technologies and content management
  • Excellent organizational skills required with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be motivated to excel on own merit to develop solutions
  • Must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong phone skills with a service attitude
  • Computer skills which includes Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Airsoft (playing) a plus
