Job Title: Network and security Admin

Location: Herndon, Virginia

Duration: CONTRACT(6-12months)

Job Description:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on skills on one or more of the following technologies: Checkpoint or Cisco firewall; Cisco switch; Web Application Firewall such as Barracuda. Good hands on experience in configuring firewall policies, VPN access, Intrusion Prevention system (IPS), Intrusion detection system (IDS), Web application firewall.
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience on enterprise load balancer such as F5
  • Experience in Upgrades, Solution designing and implementation of various security products.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ITIL principles and processes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of security domains and best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, VISIO and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with the demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with peers and communicate at all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to provide Tier 3 support and manage complex and escalated tickets in production environment
