As a Weaver, you will play a key role in the production process by operating and monitoring weaving equipment to ensure the consistent output of top-quality textiles. Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor weaving machines safely and efficiently to produce textile products
  • Inspect fabric for quality, identifying and reporting any defects or irregularities
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues as needed
  • Maintain production and quality standards throughout each shift
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times
  • Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance staff, and team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with machine changeovers and production setup when required
Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred
  • Textile experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during the shift
