Field Operator - Pumping Unit Services
Location: Dickinson, North Dakota
Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you ready to take on a hands-on role in the oilfield that keeps energy flowing? Weatherford is seeking a dedicated Field Operator to join our Pumping Unit Services team. In this position, you'll work in the field, tackling challenging projects and ensuring pumping units operate at peak performance.

What You'll Do

  • Pre-load jobs and ensure readiness for field operations
  • Rig up and rig down cranes and bucket trucks safely
  • Repair and maintain pumping units on-site
  • Drive company vehicles to job locations
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Follow Weatherford's Quality Policy, safety rules, and operational procedures
  • Deliver work assignments to the highest quality standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Bring

Required:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with flexibility for long and irregular hours

Preferred:

  • Pumping unit repair experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • 2+ years of oilfield experience
