Client Service AdministratorPosition Summary

We are seeking a Client Service Administrator to provide operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors while delivering exceptional client service. This role is responsible for assisting with client account management, handling administrative tasks, supporting financial advisors, and ensuring an outstanding client experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Always act in the client's best interest.

  • Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude.

  • Assist clients with account maintenance and general financial inquiries via phone and in person.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.

  • Handle sensitive financial information with the highest level of confidentiality.

  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

  • Prepare account paperwork and coordinate asset transfer processes.

Qualifications
  • Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63/65 licenses preferred.

  • Experience in client service, financial services, banking, or wealth management preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and note-taking abilities.

  • Self-motivated, coachable, and committed to continuous learning.
