We bring them together under one fiduciary standard - the Family Office.Role Overview The Wealth Management Internship is designed for students and emerging professionals interested in pursuing a career in financial planning, wealth management, investments, or client service.This is a six-month, paid internship based in our Scottsdale, Arizona corporate office. Interns will work alongside advisors, investment professionals, and client service teams while gaining practical experience within a fast-growing Family Office environment.Throughout the internship, participants will receive mentorship, hands-on training, and exposure to multiple areas of the business. At the conclusion of the six-month program, intern may be considered for available full-time opportunities within Trajan Wealth based on performance, business needs, and organizational fit.As an Intern, you'll gain hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of a rapidly growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) while learning how financial advisors, investment professionals, tax specialists, and estate planning teams collaborate to serve clients. You'll develop a foundational understanding of the wealth management industry through project work, client service support, job shadowing experiences, and mentorship from experienced professionals.As part of your development, you will also serve as a first point of contact for clients and prospective clients calling Trajan Wealth. This provides a unique opportunity to build professional communication skills, understand client needs, and learn how different departments within the Family Office work together to deliver exceptional service.This internship offers a front-row seat to the financial services industry and is an excellent launching point for future careers in financial planning, wealth management, investments, operations, tax strategy, and estate planning.This position would be fully onsite at our Scottsdale Corporate office.
