As Director of Acquisitions / Local Market Lead, you will be the face of Clear Height Properties in your assigned market, responsible for building broker relationships, sourcing acquisitions, and closing industrial deals that meet our investment criteria.You will report to senior leadership and work closely with asset management, property management, and finance teams from LOI through closing and transition. This is not a support role.
