Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health degree, including preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Needed

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) acquired within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
