Confidential Search

A well-established, relationship-driven private wealth practice is confidentially exploring opportunities to partner with experienced Financial Advisors who are looking for more than simply another firm.

This opportunity is designed for advisors who value long-term relationships over production quotas, collaboration over competition, and independence without isolation.

Whether you're seeking greater autonomy, looking for a long-term succession opportunity, or simply questioning whether your current firm's direction still aligns with your own values, this may be a conversation worth having.

Why This Opportunity is Different

This isn't a traditional recruiting effort.

It's an opportunity to join a respected private wealth practice while maintaining ownership of the client relationships you've worked hard to build.

Rather than starting over, you'll have the opportunity to continue growing your own practice while benefiting from:

  • An established referral network
  • Existing client opportunities
  • Collaborative relationships with experienced advisors
  • Access to in-house tax and estate planning resources as the practice continues to grow
  • Administrative and operational support
  • A client-first culture focused on long-term relationships rather than production goals

For established advisors, transition assistance may also be available when appropriate.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal advisor:

  • Believes trust is earned one relationship at a time.
  • Values comprehensive planning over transactional sales.
  • Wants the freedom to serve clients without unnecessary corporate bureaucracy.
  • Enjoys collaborating with other professionals.
  • Sees clients as families—not assets under management.
  • Wants to spend more time advising clients and less time navigating internal politics.
  • Is interested in building a long-term practice within a collaborative environment.

Professionals from independent firms, regional wealth management firms, RIAs, and wirehouses are encouraged to explore the opportunity.

What Makes This Different

Unlike many firms, success here isn't dependent on constantly finding your next prospect.

Advisors have the opportunity to:

  • Bring and retain ownership of their existing client relationships.
  • Continue building their own practice if they choose.
  • Benefit from an established client base and ongoing referrals.
  • Work alongside experienced professionals who value collaboration over competition.
  • Build a long-term career within a respected private wealth practice.

The philosophy is simple:

Relationships come before transactions.

Is This Conversation Right for You?

You may find this opportunity worth exploring if you've ever found yourself thinking:

  • "I enjoy serving clients more than meeting production goals."
  • "My firm's culture has changed."
  • "I'd like greater flexibility."
  • "I want a long-term home."
  • "I've built something meaningful—I just want the right place to continue growing it."

Let's Start with a Conversation

If this resonates, we'd welcome the opportunity to have a confidential conversation with our Talent Acquisition Partner. There is no expectation that you're actively looking for a move.

Sometimes the best career opportunities begin with a conversation rather than an application.
