Are you an established financial advisor who has built a successful practice but is ready for the next stage of growth?

A rapidly growing independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) in the Philadelphia area is seeking an experienced Wealth Manager to join the firm through a tuck-in acquisition. This opportunity is designed for entrepreneurial advisors who want to continue serving their clients while gaining access to a larger platform, enhanced resources, sophisticated planning capabilities, and dedicated growth support.

If you've built a loyal client base and are looking for greater scale, operational support, and long-term growth potential, we'd love to have a confidential conversation.

What You'll Do

As a Wealth Manager, you will:

  • Continue serving as the primary advisor to your existing client relationships

  • Deliver comprehensive wealth management and financial planning services

  • Develop customized retirement, investment, tax, estate, insurance, and cash flow strategies

  • Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families

  • Collaborate with attorneys, CPAs, and other professional advisors

  • Grow assets under management through referrals and new client acquisition

  • Leverage the firm's proven growth programs and advisor coaching resources

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • CFP® designation preferred

  • 3+ years of client-facing wealth management experience

  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients

  • A transferable book of business generating approximately $250,000+ in recurring annual revenue

  • Strong relationship management and business development skills

  • A track record of client retention and organic growth

Bonus Points For
  • Established referral relationships and centers of influence

  • Experience using leading custodial, CRM, and financial planning platforms

  • Passion for growing both client relationships and your advisory practice

Why Consider This Opportunity?

This is much more than joining another advisory firm.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Monetize the value you've created through the sale of your existing practice

  • Transition clients to a larger, well-established platform

  • Spend more time advising clients and less time managing operations

  • Receive ongoing business coaching and growth support

  • Access advanced planning, investment, marketing, compliance, and operational resources

  • Continue growing your business within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary beginning at $80,000+, based on experience

  • Three uncapped incentive programs rewarding growth and performance

  • Significant earning potential tied to business development and client retention

  • Comprehensive benefits package

  • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • Professional development and ongoing advisor coaching
