  • Generate and Convert Leads into Clients - Execute weekly lead generation strategies, including prospecting, follow-ups, and marketing outreach to secure buyer and seller appointments.
  • Guide Buyers Through the Home-Buying Process - Consult with buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify homes that meet their needs, ensuring a seamless and successful home-buying experience.
  • Consult and Market Homes for Sellers - Convert seller consultations into listings and provide expert guidance on pricing, staging, and marketing to maximize home value and sell quickly.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals Successfully - Represent buyers and sellers in negotiations, ensuring they receive the best possible terms and a smooth transaction process.
  • Stay Accountable and Continue Professional Development - Participate in weekly script practice, team meetings, and one-on-one coaching sessions to sharpen skills and stay ahead in the market.
