Job description

If you are ready to join a company that truly cares about its employees, our members, and our community then you have come to the right place!

Summary of Role:

At Broadview Wealth Management (BWM), our Client Services Associates (CSAs) are trusted professionals who serve as the service and operational foundation of our team. CSAs help our clients navigate important moments in their financial lives, and also partner with our Advisors to grow their books of business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, working in a collaborative team environment, and developing a long-term career in wealth management. CSAs work closely with Advisors, Leadership, and other specialists to deliver exceptional, anticipatory hospitality while gaining broad exposure to wealth operations, advisor practice management and growth, financial planning support, and regulatory compliance.

For individuals interested in growing their careers, the CSA role provides opportunities to expand responsibilities and knowledge, earn securities licenses, and pursue advancement into other roles within BWM.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Partner with assigned Advisors and increase their capacity to grow client relationships and books of business by creating efficiencies, managing operational tasks, and leveraging technology and resources.

  • Deliver an exceptional and memorable client experience across every interaction.

  • Serve as a trusted resource for our clients by anticipating their needs and helping enhance their relationship with Broadview.

  • Consistently meet or exceed BWM Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Build strong working relationships with Advisors to understand their practices and proactively support client needs.

  • Coordinate meeting preparation and follow-up tasks in order to enhance Advisor productivity.

  • Create business plans with Advisors that emphasize client outreach and action. Discuss non-advice related issues with clients.

  • Independently research questions and determine what our clients need before seeking assistance from an Advisor.

  • Process a variety of client requests in an accurate and efficient manner. Log all interactions, notes, and subsequent activity in Wealthbox CRM. Ensure data integrity between Wealthbox and LPL ClientWorks.

  • Keep client data up-to-date and accurate. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiencies, and enhance the client experience.

  • Maintain and grow knowledge of BWM policies, LPL Financial procedures, FINRA regulations, applicable compliance requirements, and industry standards and updates.

  • Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Ability to be bonded is required. Associates degree preferred, or at least three (3) years of experience in a related field.

  • Extraordinary client service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task.

  • Detail driven, with a strong ability to organize and prioritize work and change directions as needed.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and technology.

  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
