We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to serve as our Family Office Coordinator—a highly organized, client-focused professional who will help deliver an exceptional experience for our clients while supporting the growth of our firm.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, managing details, and creating remarkable client experiences.

Position Summary

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be a key member of our team and play a central role in supporting clients, advisors, and firm operations.

You will coordinate client service requests, prepare for planning meetings, track implementation of recommendations, and help ensure every client receives proactive, personalized service.

This role combines client service, project management, relationship management, and operational support into one rewarding position.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests
  • Deliver prompt, professional, and personalized client support
  • Build trusted relationships through consistent communication and follow-through
  • Coordinate client reviews, planning meetings, and ongoing service needs
  • Proactively reach out to clients regarding action items, missing information, and planning opportunities
  • Research and resolve client questions and requests

Family Office Coordination

  • Coordinate with attorneys, CPAs, insurance professionals, and custodians on behalf of clients
  • Assist advisors with implementation of financial planning recommendations
  • Track and manage client action items across multiple planning disciplines
  • Help deliver a high-touch family office experience for clients and their families
  • Ensure planning recommendations are completed accurately and efficiently

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Assist with account opening, transfers, money movement, and account maintenance
  • Maintain accurate client records and workflows within firm systems
  • Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, planning checklists, and follow-up materials
  • Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
  • Assist with client events, educational workshops, and marketing initiatives

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with advisors and leadership to improve the client experience
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve client needs
  • Take ownership of projects and follow them through to completion
  • Contribute to a positive, growth-oriented team culture

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, client service, or a related professional field
  • Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals and families preferred
  • Financial planning or wealth management experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Preferred Credentials

The following are beneficial but not required:

  • FPQP®
  • Series 65
  • Series 7
  • CFP® coursework or interest in pursuing professional development

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $65,000 – $85,000, depending on experience
