The Senior Manager, Advisor Insights & Total Wealth Ecosystem is responsible for defining and leading the advisor intelligence, reporting, and performance measurement strategy for International Wealth Management (IWM). Acting as the business lead and subject matter expert for advisor data, analytics, and reporting, the incumbent drives data-informed decision making across Advisor Experience, Advisor Productivity, Total Wealth, and Growth initiatives.

Reporting to the Director, Total Wealth Solutions, this role serves as the strategic bridge between business, technology, data, and frontline Advisors to define and implement scalable reporting and analytical solutions that enable advisor success, business growth, and operational excellence.

The incumbent owns the end-to-end roadmap for advisor insights, including productivity measurement, sales management reporting, pipeline visibility, platform adoption analytics, and business performance KPIs. They provide strategic leadership in translating business priorities into actionable insights, ensuring leaders across IWM have the information required to make informed decisions, validate investment outcomes, and optimize advisor performance. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the role influences strategic planning, investment prioritization, and advisor experience initiatives through advanced analytics, performance intelligence, and business insights.

IWM operates across more than 10 jurisdictions spanning Wealth Management, Private Banking, Trust, Asset Management, and Brokerage businesses. Success in this role requires extensive expertise in wealth management, advisor business models, data strategy, analytics, digital transformation, and stakeholder management across international markets.

Accountabilities

Advisor Insights & Performance Intelligence

  • Own the advisor insights and reporting strategy for International Wealth Management, establishing a comprehensive measurement framework for advisor productivity, business growth, client engagement, sales effectiveness, and advisor experience.
  • Serve as the business owner and subject matter expert for advisor performance reporting, including Practice Excellence, Total Wealth, Global Connectivity, client primacy, referrals, strategic partnerships, pipeline management, and advisor productivity metrics.
  • Define, evolve, and govern advisor KPIs and performance measures to ensure consistent, actionable, and business-aligned reporting across jurisdictions and business lines.
  • Develop strategic insights and recommendations that enable leadership to identify growth opportunities, optimize advisor performance, improve business outcomes, and support execution of IWM strategic priorities.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop analytical frameworks that measure advisor effectiveness, sales activity, pipeline conversion, client acquisition, referral generation, and business growth outcomes.

Data Strategy & Reporting Solutions Leadership

  • Define and lead the Advisor Experience and Advisor Platform data strategy, identifying and prioritizing critical business capabilities, datasets, reporting requirements, and data assets required to support future-state advisor and client journeys.
  • Act as the primary business lead for advisor reporting and analytics solutions, partnering with Technology, Data, and Business stakeholders to define strategic requirements, prioritize delivery roadmaps, and drive execution.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable reporting, dashboard, and analytical solutions that provide timely and actionable insights to advisors, frontline leaders, and executive stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain governance over advisor reporting assets, ensuring data quality, consistency, integrity, and alignment with business definitions and strategic objectives.
  • Champion self-service analytics capabilities and scalable insight platforms that empower business users to make data-driven decisions.

Advisor Platform Adoption & Value Realization

  • Establish and execute measurement strategies to assess advisor platform adoption, engagement, utilization, and business impact across Wealth+ and related advisor technology initiatives.
  • Define success metrics and benefits realization frameworks that quantify the value delivered through strategic investments, including SIP-funded initiatives, digital transformation programs, and advisor experience enhancements.
  • Monitor advisor satisfaction, Net Promoter Score (NPS), platform engagement, feature utilization, and behavioral trends to identify opportunities to improve adoption and accelerate business value realization.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and recommendations that support ongoing optimization of advisor journeys, change management strategies, and technology investments.

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on advisor experience trends, business performance, productivity insights, and emerging opportunities within the wealth management industry.
  • Translate complex business challenges into actionable data strategies, analytical frameworks, and measurable outcomes that support strategic decision making.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives requiring alignment across business, technology, operations, data, and frontline teams to deliver business value and organizational objectives.
  • Influence prioritization decisions by providing fact-based insights, business cases, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
  • Drive a culture of data-driven decision making across IWM through storytelling, executive reporting, analytics, and insight generation.

Salesforce & Advisor Data Subject Matter Expertise

  • Serve as the business subject matter expert for the IWM Salesforce data model and advisor data ecosystem, ensuring alignment between business objectives, operational processes, and platform capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance advisor and leadership reporting through data model improvements, process optimization, and new analytical capabilities.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define, validate, and prioritize enhancements that improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and advisor workflows.
  • Provide expert guidance on advisor data governance, reporting standards, and business definitions to ensure enterprise consistency and scalability.

Leadership & Operational Excellence

  • Lead complex, highly visible strategic initiatives and analytical workstreams with significant business impact and executive visibility.
  • Resolve ambiguous and multifaceted business challenges by leveraging data, analytics, industry insights, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting that drive accountability and strategic execution across IWM.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and analytical excellence while building strong partnerships across global teams and jurisdictions.
  • Coach and enable business partners, advisors, and leaders to leverage insights and self-service reporting capabilities effectively.

Core / Foundational

  • Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • Ensures adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
  • Contribute to a high-performance environment and motivates by fostering an inclusive work environment, communicating vision/values/business strategy and managing and development planning for the team.
  • Continually acquire and enhance knowledge of both the Bank's and the Division's business strategies and policies, risk management practices and methodologies, product offerings, financial markets, financial instruments, regulatory requirements, Back Office processes, and rapidly changing technology to be able to provide effective business solutions, services and support to the end user business lines.

Education/Experienceย 

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, SAS and Python considered an asset
  • Exceptional communication & presentation skills.
  • Must have previous successes in executive reporting, dashboards, and creation of KPIs.
  • Demonstrated success delivering highly complex business initiatives
  • Critical thinking skills: using logic and reasoning to evaluate alternative solutions, summarize conclusions and approaches to mitigate risks

Working Conditions
