Signature Wealth Management is a rapidly expanding financial advisory firm committed to delivering high‐quality guidance, personalized planning, and long‐term client success. As our Duluth office continues to grow, we are seeking a detail‐oriented, motivated Financial Advisor to support our senior advisory team and contribute to a collaborative, fast‐paced environment.


This role is an excellent fit for a newer advisor who wants to build deep experience and technical skill without the pressure of acquiring new clients. It serves as a launching pad for a high‐income advisory career, offering hands‐on exposure to planning, research, and client service while working closely with and under the supervision of seasoned advisors. Over time, the right candidate will be well‐positioned to transition into directly managing client relationships. This a salaried position with annual bonus potential based in individual and firm goals. Salary is commensurate with experience and professional designations. Company-sponsored travel may be necessary 2-3 times annually, including professional development and client service travel. While FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses are required, consideration is given to candidates with other FINRA licenses or tax credentials (CPA, EA).


Rather than developing a personal book of business, the Financial Advisor will focus on research, meeting preparation, and executing deliverables that support senior advisors and enhance the client experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct investment, market, and financial planning research to support senior advisors.
  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, and customized planning documents.
  • Assist with portfolio reviews, data gathering, and analysis.
  • Execute follow‐up deliverables after client meetings with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
  • Collaborate with senior advisors and operations staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Service client calls that may entail contributions, distributions, beneficiary changes, and general account questions.
