ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Stephens Analyst Program is specifically designed to provide you with the knowledge base needed to help you pursue a career as a Financial Consultant. During the program, you are fully immersed in our culture and with our experienced Private Wealth Management support team that is dedicated to business development and the growth of the department as well as working one-on-one with other Financial Consultants. These tasks include:
  • Analyze data and develop solutions within Stephens' platforms
  • Assist the Products & Services Team using research and analytical tools to create spreadsheets, reports and presentations
  • Support the Wealth Planning & Strategy Team with retirement, estate and insurance planning
  • Gain experience with investment vehicles, regulatory oversight, investor education and compliance standards
  • Learn the fundamentals of client relationship development, effective communication and customized wealth management strategies

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred
