Overview

Dynamic, fast growing 8B+ AUM Fee-Only RIA is seeking a Wealth Advisor to manage relationships with high net worth clientele including tax and estate planning, financial planning, asset allocation, cash flow analysis, retirement planning and investment management.

No portable book of business required

Clear track toward granted equity

Highlights

  • Through extensive marketing and lead generation programs, the firm will spend ~$300,000 annually per new advisor to drive ~200 client meetings a year, with an average close rate of 30%
  • Onboard high net worth clientele through an extensive financial planning process and continue to serve as the Lead Wealth Advisor
  • The Firm has been growing consistently year over year with a fast paced, collegial culture, and extensive operational, investment, financial planning and relationship management support.
  • Compensation
    • $125,000-$150,000 base salary, moving to a revenue based compensation once base is exceeded
    • Perpetual revenue share on any existing clients in addition to the base salary (not required)
    • Clear and well-trodden path toward being granted equity within 2-3 years. W2, 401k match, excellent benefits.
