Your Mission

As a Service Advisor, you’re the face of the service department—the person who makes customers feel welcomed, heard, and confident in their Audi experience. From arrival to delivery, you’ll guide customers through the service process with clarity, professionalism, and a conciergelevel approach.

If you enjoy fast-paced days, building relationships, and being at the center of the action, this role is for you.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Create a warm, professional first impression in the service drive
  • Own the customer experience from writeup to vehicle delivery
  • Clearly explain services, timelines, and recommendations—no confusion, no surprises
  • Coordinate with technicians to keep work flowing smoothly and efficiently
  • Maximize technician schedules while keeping customer satisfaction toptier
  • Provide whiteglove support for phone calls and inperson questions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they leave happy—and come back
