1st shift (United States of America)Please review the following job description:Responsible for working with two or more Wealth Advisors to enable the delivery of advice and solutions to high net worth clients, identify new prospects, and develop new business. Client assets under management range from $1M+, $5MM+, and $20MM+ and include some of the most complex relationships within Truist.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Assist multiple Wealth Advisors in a select geography. Responsible for proactively helping identify new Wealth prospects for the team, develop pitch books, developing and deepening client relationships through needs-based, high-level client service and delivery of the full suite of Truist Wealth solutions.
2. Work in close partnership with Truist Wealth Advisor teammates to coordinate comprehensive wealth management advice and solutions by utilizing objective and sound personal financial planning and financial advisory concepts to provide an integrated delivery of a broad range of wealth products and services to affluent and high net worth individuals.
3. Focus on identifying prospects for the Advisor teams to support business development efforts to include both internal and external partners.
4. Participates in a "One Team" approach to deliver the full suite of Truist Wealth solutions
5. Continuously acts as a culture champion that is aligned with Truist' s Purpose, Mission and Values
6. Works with Advisor team to proactively establish and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships with internal and external centers of influence such as the CCB, CIG, and other Truist teams as well as the regional leadership team, local advisory board members, outside Certified Public Accountants (CPA), attorneys, civic associations and other individuals and organizations to enhance the marketing efforts of the team
7. Stays updated and abreast of changing economic, legal, financial planning, investment trends and general market and business issues impacting affluent clients. Serve as a personal financial planning/advisory resource for clients, their attorneys and CPAs
8. Maintain appropriate legal, operating and regulatory controls to manage risk and compliance
9. Works within the existing audit, compliance and regulatory framework in order to ensure a high quality, compliant portfolio of relationships and business practices
10. Using sound judgment on expense and operational efficiency
11. Participate and complete in all required in-person, on-line and virtual training sessions.
12. It is the expectation that individuals in this role will progress to a Wealth Advisor role, managing a book of business, after 18 to 24 successful months as a Wealth Advisor Associate.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree required with an overall minimum 3.0 GPA
2. Great networking business development and relationship building skills
3. Strong work ethic and strong drive to succeed; competitive, self-motivated and results-oriented
4. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
5. Must successfully obtain and maintain the following licenses during the first 130 days of the program: SIE, Series 7, 63, 65, Life, Health, Variable
6. FINRA: Maintains proper licenses including Series 7, Series 66, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam as applicable Life, Health, and Variable insurance licenses. Candidates will have 60 days from their start date to transfer, or 100 days from their start date to acquire, all of the registrations and licenses required for this position. Ensures that appropriate continuing education requirements are met where needed
7. Ability to thrive and actively participate on a team
8. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
9. Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS acceptable background check
