We’re looking for a Senior Hardware QA Analyst to play a key role in qualifying our security cameras before they go into mass production.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting advanced automated and manual tests on products and helping to assess the level of quality confidence required to support go/no-go decisions prior to large-scale manufacturing.

Above all, we’re looking for a senior professional capable of strengthening our hardware validation practices and bringing a critical, structured perspective to quality risks.

Your main responsibilities

  • Conduct the manual tests required for the qualification of new cameras and their variants;
  • Conduct automated and manual tests at our CMs (located in Asia) to ensure maximum quality before cameras go into production
  • Perform various types of validation, including:
  • power consumption;
  • photo and video quality;
  • mechanical testing;
  • water ingress testing;
  • robustness, stability, and overall performance;
  • Participate in the validation of new firmware versions;
  • Clearly document test results and detected defects;
  • Contribute to risk analyses and go/no-go recommendations;
  • Participate in the implementation and development of automated tests using tools such as LabGrid, Pytest, and Katalon;
  • Provide support as needed for certain activities in Digital QA and Production QA, including application testing, production defect management, and analysis of customer feedback.
Qualifications
  • DEC or BAC in electronics or embedded systems development;
  • Significant experience in quality assurance for hardware, electronic, or embedded products;
  • Experience with products manufactured in Asia;
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent judgment;
  • Practical experience in manual testing of physical products;
  • Good understanding of the interactions between hardware, firmware, and product behavior;
  • Hands-on experience with hardware test automation;
  • Ability to serve as a technical leader and drive the team forward;
  • Experience with connected products, IoT, cameras, or mobile devices: a significant asset.

What We’re Looking for in This Candidate

  • A structured, quality-oriented approach;
  • Expert leadership;
  • A willingness to share knowledge and improve practices;
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Why Join Our Team

  • To have a direct impact on the quality of real-world technology products;
  • To contribute to critical decisions prior to mass production;
