The Hartley Agency is growing, and we're looking for a passionate Life Insurance Specialist to help our clients protect what matters most.


This isn't your typical life insurance sales position. You'll work with an established and expanding book of business, receiving warm opportunities from both our personal and commercial insurance clients. Our Property & Casualty team generates referrals every day, giving you the opportunity to focus on educating clients and building relationships instead of spending your time cold calling.


What You'll Do

  • Help individuals and families protect their financial future
  • Meet with existing clients for life insurance reviews
  • Cross-sell life insurance to our growing client base
  • Assist business owners with solutions like Buy-Sell Agreements, Key Person Insurance, Executive Bonus Plans, and Deferred Compensation
