Overview

Join to apply for the General Manager-Franchise - 9098 - Jefferson Blvd-Ft Wayne, IN (Fort Wayne, IN) role at Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants.

The General Manager is the Restaurant Leader! This position is key to the success of an individual Restaurant. The GM is focused on sales goals, employee performance, and company policies and practices. They use the systems and processes in place to maximize our profits, satisfy our guests, and develop our teams. This position reports to the District Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations to meet sales goals, guest satisfaction, and quality standards
  • Develop and coach team members, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to company policies and practices
  • Utilize company systems and processes to maximize profits and drive efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
  • Report to the District Manager and collaborate with leadership teams
Qualifications
  • Minimum two years management experience

  • Quick Service Restaurant Experience required
  • Valid Driver's License
