Job description

Under the direct supervision of the Manager of Volunteer Services, the Main Information Desk Wayfinding/Ambassador is responsible for escorting/walking patients throughout the hospital and performing various services for patients and staff members as required.

Knows, follows, and actively supports the philosophy, mission and vision of Ingalls Hospital. Adheres to all hospital policies, procedures and standards of care. Observes, adheres to all corporate compliance requirements and communicates issues as they arise to the appropriate parties as identified in the Corporate Compliance Plan.
