Qualifications:


· Current Cosmetology or Esthetician License from the state of Alabama

· Demonstrated sales experience in a commission-based setting.

· Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions.

· Strong organizational, task management, and time management skills.

· Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

· Flexible schedule: 32-38 hours a week with the ability to work evening and weekend shifts.
