Job description

Are you looking for a long-term job with a great company? Barberton Mancan Temporary Staffing Employment Agency is looking for industrial laborers to work as an Injection Operators for a company in Uniontown.
3rd shift Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7p-7a $17.07/hr
(36 hour work week)
** Must train on 3rd shift Mon- Fri 9p-530a
Temp to perm position
POSITION SUMMARY:
Sets up, adjusts and operates press which injects wax into die used in the investment casting process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reads procedure cards thoroughly and asks questions if any clarification is needed.
Trains personnel.
Inspect for flash, non-fill, or other imperfections.
Sets up and adjusts or verifies press per process instructions or recipe.
Operates wax mold designated (manual, semi-automatic, and automatic)
Informs supervisor or lead of any material running low or may be needed.
Informs supervisor or lead of defective or damaged molds, or equipment malfunctions as soon as noticed.
Cleans and properly stores molds/dies.
Separate patterns for rework and or repair as needed (may perform rework or repair if directed).
Cleans and maintains work area daily.
Cleans and inspects molds for proper and safe function.
Verify part count on each lot you work on and document in the foundry tracking system (i.e. Guardian)
Use mold release spray on interior molds as needed or instructed.
Suggest corrections or improvements on processes, safety, and housekeeping.
Comply with company safety policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIRMENTS:

Submit to background check and drug screen
May be required to submit to respirator exam
*** Generous Stay BONUS-$500 after 30, 60, 90 days, and 6 months (totaling $2000) ***
