STORZ Medical America is seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth within an assigned geographic territory by promoting our innovative shock wave therapy systems and related solutions to hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician offices, and other healthcare providers. This position requires extensive travel; up to 75%.
This is an opportunity to join a leader in extracorporeal shock wave technology, partnering with physicians and healthcare organizations to improve patient outcomes through innovative, evidence-based medical technologies.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll represent a comprehensive portfolio of shock wave therapy solutions ranging from office-based systems to advanced hospital capital equipment. This diverse product portfolio allows you to build long-term customer relationships while helping healthcare providers expand treatment options and grow their practices.
We're looking for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys developing new business, managing consultative sales opportunities, and becoming a trusted advisor to healthcare providers.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan for your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, conferences, and customer outreach.
  • Identify new business opportunities while expanding relationships within existing customer accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for physicians, administrators, and executive leadership.
  • Lead consultative sales opportunities ranging from office-based systems to complex capital equipment projects.
  • Present clinical, operational, and financial value propositions tailored to each customer's needs.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Applications, Field Service, Marketing, and Operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline activity using CRM tools.
  • Represent STORZ Medical at regional and national industry conferences.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales objectives.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in medical device sales, healthcare sales, capital equipment sales, or other complex consultative B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to develop new business while growing existing customer relationships.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities through varying sales cycles.
  • Confidence communicating with physicians, clinical staff, hospital executives, and healthcare decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational and territory management skills.
  • Comfort working in clinical environments, including hospitals and operating rooms.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience selling medical devices, healthcare technology, or procedural equipment.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
