- Allocates orders in local delivery, parcel, stores, and intercompany to maintain continued business operations
- Assists the wave planner in monitoring and controlling the workflow by releasing orders from the warehouse management system to the Distribution Center associates
- Engages management and operational leadership to assist in maintaining service levels, quality expectations and productivity
- Performs cycle counts as necessary, to maintain accuracy of inventory
- Maintains cleanliness and order of work areas
- Rotates through different departments, as necessary, to meet the demands of the business
- Participates in ongoing training regarding technology upgrades and new systems applicable to the position
