Position Description
  • Manage construction site for divisional responsibility
  • Oversee field staff, Safety, equipment, materials, scheduling, cost efficiency, quality, productivity and company vehicle organization for assigned project
  • Responsible for assisting in the scheduling, training and reviewing of field personnel
  • Communicate with Superintendent, client and subcontractors
  • Ensure warranty inspections and punch list items are completed and handle delegated customer issues on assigned projects
  • Assist in performance management of the team
  • Ensure all safety requirements are adhered to everyday/always (JHA, water, equipment, stretch and flex, PPE, etc.)
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Position Requirements
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience at a Sr. Technician level or higher within the construction industry
  • OSHA 30 certification

Minimum Requirements:
  • English speaking, bilingual preferred
  • Safety focused
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints and construction documents
  • Able to communicate expectations and lead others
  • Able to work independently without significant supervision
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
  • Must be able to work outside in changing weather conditions
  • Must be able to work in elevated locations
  • Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to differing job locations
  • Must be looking for full time employment with a desire to advance within the company

Education Required:
  • High school diploma or GED
