Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Machine Operator opportunities in Burgaw, NC. Responsibilities for a Machine Operator include but are not limited to:

  • Operate a variety of production equipment and machinery to manufacture ventilation and specialty products.

  • Monitor product quality, identify production issues, and recommend corrections to minimize scrap and downtime.

  • Complete production reports, track equipment performance, and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Perform basic equipment cleaning, minor maintenance, and operating adjustments as required.

  • Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

  • Support production goals and assist in other manufacturing areas as needed.

Candidates for Machine Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of 3 months of manufacturing, production, machine operation, or assembly experience.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production targets.

  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, crouching, and standing for extended periods.

  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and workplace safety.

  • Must be able to wear required PPE, including steel-toe shoes.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
