About the Role

Superior Industrial Maintenance is looking for a liquid applied roofing applicator for our Concord, NC location. A liquid applied roofing applicator is a construction worker who specializes in applying liquid membrane waterproofing systems to roofs, typically using sprayers or rollers to create a seamless, protective barrier on existing roof decks, repairing cracks and leaks by applying a liquid sealant, and ensuring proper surface preparation before applying the liquid coating, all while adhering to safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.

    • Work environment: Primarily outdoors on rooftops, exposed to weather conditions. May involve working on commercial buildings, residential homes, or industrial facilities. Potential for exposure to chemicals and fumes, requiring proper safety precautions.

    • Able to lift 50 lbs. or more.
    • Able to kneel, crouch, bend over, and stand for more than 8 hours at a time.
