Join our amazing Restoration + New Work team for our 2027 Spring/Summer internship. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in the field as well as the office. The opportunity to be mentored by our team of seasoned Estimators, Project Managers, Superintendents and Director will be an amazing experience.

Generous Compensation Package Includes:

  • $24/hr starting wage.
  • $150 Apparel Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. You will need to be open to learning, disciplined and systems driven, detail oriented, and have a genuine interest in helping team members with a positive and pro-active attitude. Strong interest in Commercial construction, and comfortable meeting people. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Assist with estimating & project management
  • Assisting and gaining experience with bid strategies & negotiations
  • Project Scheduling
  • Submittals & Product Knowledge (use and installation)
  • Project Forecasting
  • Construction documentation
  • Job-site safety & visits

Education Required: Working towards completing your Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management.

Experience, Knowledge and Abilities Required:

  • Currently attending a college or university in a related degree program such as Construction Management, Business Administration, etc.
  • Entry level estimating.
  • Blueprint reading and analyzing.
  • Excellent communication & computer skills
  • Entry level estimating (depending on experience and qualifications)
  • Project Management Assisting (depending upon experience & qualifications)
  • Completion of project submittals & manuals
  • Preparing of product samples-project specific
  • Reviewing project specifications and requirements
  • Plan downloading & printing
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Technology: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of computers, including e-mail and word processing abilities, Excel, Microsoft Office & Outlook

Work Environment: The setting for this position is an office/ field hybrid.

Travel: If travel is required to complete your job duties, you will be recompensated appropriately (mileage reimbursement, etc).
