About Us

Watchtower Water & Fire is a fast-growing restoration company serving the Austin area. We specialize in water, fire, mold, and emergency property restoration services. We're building a high-performance team focused on professionalism, urgency, accountability, customer experience, and operational excellence.

We're looking for leaders—not just experienced technicians.

Our Crew Chiefs own the customer relationship from the first conversation through project completion. They lead technicians, maximize project performance, maintain documentation quality, and create an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead water, fire, and emergency mitigation projects
  • Supervise technicians and subcontractors onsite
  • Perform inspections and determine mitigation strategies
  • Set up, monitor, and adjust drying equipment
  • Complete moisture mapping and daily documentation
  • Maintain accurate photos, notes, and job records
  • Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and project managers
  • Identify additional restoration opportunities when appropriate
  • Ensure jobs meet company quality and safety standards
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

  • Familiarity with Xactimate, DASH, MICA, Encircle, or similar restoration software
  • Emergency response experience
