A skilled utility industry practitioner with the know how to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. The Work:

  • Lead teams to deliver transformative transmission and distribution enterprise asset management and field scheduling and mobility solutions to our clients, from up-front assessment, planning and design through deployment.

  • Understand client challenges and articulate the value of transformation in terms of business outcomes

  • Bring a combination of deep functional expertise and delivery leadership to our Utilities clients

  • Constantly learn and bring new technologies and innovative enterprise asset management and field scheduling and mobility solutions to our clients

  • Be a role model and a coach for the next generation of Accenture managers and consultants

  • Champion people on your team to succeed professionally and personally

  • Foster trusted advisor relationships with clients from strategy to technology; from the C-Suite to the front line, for business and IT

  • Integrate business data to discover new insight and enable evidence-based business decisions

  • Ability to travel for client work as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in utilities (gas and electric)

  • Minimum 7 years of functional experience in utilities enterprise asset management and field scheduling and mobility systems, such as IBM Maximo, SAP PM, IFS MWM, CGI PCAD, Salesforce, etc.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in utilities enterprise asset management and field scheduling and mobility processes

  • Experience leading functional consulting workstreams or project teams within a professional services or utility transformation environment

  • Experience managing client stakeholders and collaborating across business and technology organizations

  • A bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience

Professional Skill Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage workstreams within complex, cross-functional transformation programs

  • Strong structured problem-solving, analytical thinking, and business process optimization skills

  • Ability to connect technology solutions to measurable business and operational outcomes

  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate recommendations and influence stakeholders

  • Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-paced client environments while managing competing priorities

  • Interest and experience in technology-enabled transformation, analytics, AI, automation, and digital operations within utilities environments

  • Proven ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team development and practice growth
