Job description

Water Jet Operator – Waco, TX Area
Crouch Staffing Solutions is seeking a Water Jet Operator for a local manufacturing company in the Waco, TX area. This position will train on 1st shift before moving to the regular work schedule.

Pay: $18.00/hr
Regular Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: 12:30 PM–8:30 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate water jet cutting equipment in a manufacturing environment
  • Load and unload materials as needed
  • Read and follow work orders, measurements, and production instructions
  • Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Inspect finished parts for defects or inconsistencies
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Prior machine operating experience preferred
  • Water jet experience is a plus, but not required if mechanically inclined
  • Must be able to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions
