Job description

Charger Water Treatment Products, a leading provider in the water treatment industry, is seeking a Delivery Driver to join their Fort Worth, TX team. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of water treatment equipment and accessories to clients. You enjoy being on the road and working independently. You are professional and take pride in your efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a warehouse environment and a strong commitment to customer service. We delivery to north, west, and east parts of Texas as well as southern Oklahoma.
Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Fulltime plus overtime.
Responsibilities:

  • Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Fulltime.
  • Safely operate our 18' box truck
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of water treatment equipment and accessories to clients
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles; maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
  • Verify inventory and delivery manifests before departing for delivery.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and update company systems as needed.
  • Interface with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Report defects, accidents or violations.
Requirements
  • Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Fulltime.
  • Medical DOT card.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery driver role a plus
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and packages.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS).
  • Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly.
