Expertise with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and CAD programs is typically required, along with familiarity with manufacturing processes. Creativity, attention to detail, and effective teamwork are essential soft skills for excelling in this field. These combined abilities are crucial for designing functional, aesthetically pleasing watches that meet both client and market expectations.
