We are seeking a motivated and dependable Team Lead to join our industrial waste management and electronics recycling team. This position will oversee daily operations, support team members, and help ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of R2 Electronics Recycling is REQUIRED
• Bilingual in Mandarin strongly preferred
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in an industrial environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
