Job description


M-F 6am-2:30pm OR 8am-4:30pm, Saturday's rotating after holidays. pay $70-$90k AIP 10%
I. Job Summary
Supervises daily operations in order to improve production, maintain costs, and ensure safety.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manages daily (plant) operations and maintains inventory for safety and operation supplies.
  • Reviews and evaluates work to ensure quality, timeliness and ensures quality control in adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Manages (plant) logistics and materials; supervises daily production; enters finished goods into inventory; orders supplies as needed.
  • Supervises production staff and coordinates workflow and assignments toward the achievement of operational goals.
  • Oversees operations personnel needs including coaching, training, and evaluating employee performance. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.
  • Investigates, reviews and controls implementation of safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Creates and submits weekly and month end reports to senior management.

III. Qualifications
A. Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
  • 4 years of previous experience (in addition to education requirement)

B. Preferred Qualifications
  • Mobile Equipment Operator, CPR First Aid

Pay: The expected salary range for this on-site position is $70,000 - $90,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
