About the Role:

The Utility/Custodial position within the Transportation and Warehousing industry plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient operational environment. This role ensures that all facilities, including warehouses, offices, and transportation hubs, are kept in optimal condition to support daily business activities. The individual in this position will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks that contribute to the overall functionality and safety of the workplace. By managing waste disposal, performing routine custodial duties, and assisting with minor repairs, the Utility/Custodial worker helps to uphold company standards and regulatory compliance. Ultimately, this role supports the smooth operation of transportation and warehousing services by fostering a well-maintained and organized environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of custodial equipment.
