Quality: Document accurately according to unit standards, stay current with policy updates, problem-solve within your scope, and contribute ideas to enhance unit workflow and patient experience.
Patient Satisfaction: Foster positive patient interactions through timely responses, professional conduct, purposeful rounding, and maintaining a quiet, respectful environment.
Patient Safety: Practice safe patient mobilization, use two patient identifiers for all tasks, report unusual occurrences, and tailor care routines to individual patient needs while adhering to privacy policies.
Professional Growth: Share knowledge with colleagues, participate in orientation and cross-training, demonstrate leadership, engage in professional development, and contribute to departmental goals.
Customer Service: Engage patients and families with empathy, practice AIDET communication techniques, support teamwork, and provide holistic care to diverse populations.
Education and Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
