Location: Juneau, AK
Salary: $80k-$85k annually
Bonus: 10% annual cash bonus

About the Role

What You'll Do:
As an Operations Supervisor, you'll play a key role in running safe, efficient daily operations:
  • Lead and supervise drivers and crews in solid waste collection operations
  • Oversee daily routing, staffing, and productivity; adjust in real time as needed
  • Champion safety by setting goals, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance
  • Perform field inspections to verify work quality and safety standards
  • Handle customer concerns and drive resolution with urgency and professionalism
  • Coach, develop, and manage employee performance
  • Support strategic planning through short- and long-term operational goals
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, OSHA, and local regulatory requirements

What You Bring
  • Willingness to relocate for career advancement
  • Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)
  • Experience in transportation, trucking, logistics, or related operations
  • CDL Class B (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
