Your Mission if You Choose to Accept It - Responsibilities as a Pest Control Supervisor...
• Leading the Charge - You're the captain of this pest-fighting operation! You'll lead, train, and motivate your team of technicians to wage war on everything from mosquitoes and ticks to rodents, ants, wasps, spiders, and more.
• Training & Development - You'll be responsible for training new technicians on proper application techniques, integrated pest management (IPM), safety protocols, and industry best practices. Help them get licensed and watch them grow into pest control pros.
• Quality Control - You ensure every treatment is done right the first time. You'll conduct field inspections, ride-alongs, and quality checks across all service types-whether it's a mosquito treatment, rodent exclusion, or ant control-to make sure we're delivering unforgettable service every single time.
• Doing It with Style - As a leader representing our brand, you bring professionalism while fostering a fun, positive team culture. You go above and beyond to deliver an unforgettable customer service experience.
• Scheduling & Logistics - You'll help coordinate daily routes for multiple service types, manage appointments across your team, and ensure everyone has the right supplies and equipment for each job-from backpack sprayers to rodent traps to wasp suits.
• Problem Solving - When challenges arise (and they will), you're the go-to person. Whether it's a persistent rodent issue, a massive wasp nest, a customer concern, or a team question, you handle it with confidence and creativity.
• Safety First - You're responsible for ensuring all team members follow safety protocols, use protective equipment properly, and comply with all New Hampshire state regulations and licensing requirements.
• Seasonal Adaptation - You'll shift focus as the seasons change. Spring and summer mean mosquitoes, ticks, and stinging insects. Fall means overwintering pest prevention and rodent control. Winter means indoor pest management and preparing for the busy season ahead.
• Communicating with the Local Office - You're the bridge between the field crew and management. This is key for making sure everyone has what they need and that operations run smoothly year-round!

Job Requirements...
There are a few minimum requirements for our Pest Control Supervisor:
• Must hold valid F1 and F2 Supervisor licenses in the state of New Hampshire (This is non-negotiable!)
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment up to 70 lbs. (Backpack sprayers, ladders, traps, etc.)
• Must be comfortable working in various environments-attics, crawl spaces, basements, outdoors, and at heights when necessary.
• Must wear protective gear and a uniform. (Safety first, and you'll look professional doing it.)
• Must be able to handle seasonal weather extremes-from summer heat to winter cold.
• Must have proven experience in pest control covering multiple pest categories.
• Must have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be willing to obtain additional certifications as needed.
• And finally, you must not have moral qualms about leading a team of year-round pest assassins!

The pay range for this position is $26 to $32 per hour and depends on your experience, leadership track record, and qualifications.
