Job description

Join our team in providing empathetic care as a full-time professional at a regional medical center located in the picturesque community of Richland, Washington. In this position, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to treating spine patients, primarily focusing on outpatient services.   • Flexible 36-hour work schedule, Monday through Friday
  • Exclusively outpatient care
  • No on-call duties
  • Comprehensive onboarding program
  • Annual compensation ranging from $146,690 to $197,175
  • The salary may include incentives based on productivity or quality/service, as well as additional pay for extra shifts, if applicable. Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits may also be available.
  • Prior experience is required
  • Access to a professional student loan consultant
  • As a non-profit entity, our organization qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
