Job description

Salary: $150,000 - $195,000 Annually DOE

Connexus Hub is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery of IT support services (network engineering, Microsoft cloud, cybersecurity, and service desk) for a federal client in Washington, DC, including program management, documentation, and reporting across multiple task orders.


Location: Washington, DC (On Site, limited remote).

Clearance: Public Trust (Tier 2) required.

Employment Type: Full-Time.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for overall administration of the BPA and associated task orders, with full authority to act for the company.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee delivery across network, cloud, cybersecurity, and service-desk work areas; manage cost, schedule, quality, and risk.
  • Define requirements and prepare task-order proposals; supervise and coordinate assigned staff and subcontractors.
  • Communicate status and recommendations clearly to senior executives in written and verbal formats; ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Be available during the client's core hours at the Washington, DC place of performance.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of program management experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise executing and overseeing major federal IT programs.
  • Working understanding of information technology and cybersecurity capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to meet critical deadlines.
  • Public Trust (Tier 2) eligibility; ability to obtain Capitol Police background approval for client network access.


Preferred: PMP certification.
