Lead Detail Technician

$40,000+ potential including bonuses[1] 

$15/hour plus performance bonuses paid weekly.[2] 

Qualifications

A valid driver's license

  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Positive attitude
  • Pass pre-employment background and clean driving record.

Primary Priorities and Responsibilities:

  • Tasks include basic car washing prep, providing full vehicle detail/take pride in your work.
    Experience: Some experience preferred but willing to train.
  • Duties:
    •Constant awareness of deadlines.
  • •Maintain and promote a positive attitude.
  • •Help increase the shops ability to process more vehicles by creating a sense of urgency on every task.
  • •Maintain the cleanliness of your workspaces (keep clean throughout the day and end of each shift).
  • •Maintain a flexible schedule and remain on duty until the work is done.
  • •Other duties and tasks as requested by the Detail Managers (Such as, but not limited to detailing, facilities maintenance, etc.)
